Synonyms: Bhut Jolokia - Ghost pepper - Bhut Jolokia red
Until 2011 it held the world record for the "hottest" pepper.
The fruit has a pendulous habit, habanero type, conical pod of 5 to 8 cm long and 2 to 3 cm wide with a rough skin.
Ripens from green to red.
Thin walls. Extremely hot.
Plant with the very slow growth and which reaches at the end of season more than 1,20 meter. The germination can sometimes require more than 3 weeks.
Late production +/- 100 to 120 days.
