Shiny, garnet-red skin with dark green shoulders.
Juicy and dense beef flesh. Excellent flavor, good balance sugar/acid very pleasant.
Plant with big stem, large development with narrow port, not very dense foliage, indeterminate growth.

-Flesh purple veined with pink, fleshy and dense. Multi lodges containing many seeds and gel.
