Recent variety resulting from the accidental cross between "Lucky cross" and an unknown variety, discovered and developed by Millard Murdock, in North Carolina. Segregations of this cross also gave Muddy Mamba and Black Mamba.
Large purple red beefsteak-like fruit that can reach 500 grams. Round beefsteak type, flattened at the poles sometimes ribbed and with more or less waving shoulders.
Beef flesh with a very good flavor.
NB: There is a variety with the same name marketed by M.Hahm-Hartmann.
