Fruit of 150 to 300 grams of beefsteak type with variable shape from round to flattened, with slightly rounded shoulders and more or less intensely ribbed in the upper part. Bunches of +/-3 to 4 units.
Dark red/brown color with dark green almost black shoulders.
Fleshy and juicy beef flesh with a rich flavor and a smoky note, excellent.
Very good yield. Tendency to circular cracking.
