Variety originally from the USA, bred by Marv Meisner, featured in the 2013 Seed Savers Yearbook.
Large, round red fruit, ribbed more or less deeply over 2/3 of the body, weighing up to 2 kg in good growing conditions.
Meaty, beefsteak-like flesh with very few seeds. Great balance of flavors.
Large-stemmed plant, regular foliage, indeterminate growth.
Production in the second half of the season.
Good behavior in cold or short-season regions.
Harvest 2023. Very limited quantity. 10 seeds per bag.
NB: this variety has nothing to do with the variety of the same name that can be found for sale on the internet - beware, it's an F1!...
