Very old variety presented in 1893 by AW Livingston and which one believed disappeared. Seeds were found in 2008, at the seed dealer "Harvest Moon", the fruits resulting from these being in conformity with the description made by Livingston at the time.
Large pink fruit that can weigh more than 500 grams of beefsteak type, flattened with discreetly ribbed and rounded shoulders.
