Variety originating from the Province of Lucca in Tuscany, Italy. Same as Canestrino di Lucca but rarer and better!
Red fruit from 120 to 180 grams of the "Albenga" type. Pear-shaped 7 cm in diameter and 7 cm high, with well-marked ribbing all along the upper body, one could even speak of grooves.
Firm meaty flesh without gel, ideal for making coulis or drying. Also eaten fresh, pronounced flavor of heirloom tomatoes.
Plant with great development, dense regular foliage, indeterminate growth.
Excellent and regular harvests until frost.
