Recent variety, created by Cantati (Dorota Basiura), Polish breeder. Under development. The parents have not been disclosed. Cultivated in 2019 The 2 plants produced approximately the same fruits in size and shape but different in color.
Plant 1: 180 to 300 grams beefsteak type fruit, flattened at the poles, ribbed more or less deeply at the top and with rounded shoulders. Pink skin. Dense and juicy beefy flesh, very small lodges containing little gel and seeds. Good "old fashioned" tomato flavor. Robust plant with great development, big stems, regular abundant dark green foliage, indeterminate growth. Good and regular harvests from mid-season +/-75-80 days after planting.
Plant 2: fruit of 200 to 350 grams of beefsteak type, flattened at the poles, ribbed more or less deeply in the upper part and with rounded shoulders. Purple skin with green traces on the shoulders. Dense and juicy beef flesh, with very small lodges containing little gel and seeds. Good "old fashioned" tomato flavor. Vigorous plant with great development, regular abundant light green foliage, indeterminate growth. Good and regular harvests from mid-season +/-70-75 days after planting.
