Inheritance variety from the USA. Presented at Seed Savers Yearbook from 1994, without precision so much originally from the original seed.
Large dark red fruit of +/- 500 grams and up to the kilo, of the round beefsteak type and flattened with plump and ribbed shoulders.
Dense and fleshy beef flesh. Excellent and rich flavor.
Plant with great development, abundant regular foliage, indefinite growth.
Good and regular production from mid-season but higher in the second part of the season.
