Heirloom from Tennessee, USA. Similar to "Brandywine pink" but earlier and more heat tolerant.
Large, pink to purple fruit, 200 to 500 grams, beefsteak type with more or less rounded shoulders depending on the size, presence of a ribbing at the top. Wide and deep depression at the stem attachment, trace of umbilicus in hollow.
Fleshy and juicy flesh containing few seeds, excellent sweet and fragrant taste.
Potato foliage variety, indeterminate growth.
Excellent yields and thrives in hot, dry climates.
