Fruit of 300 to 600 grams of the Beefsteak type, flattened with poles, rib in the upper part and more or less plump shoulders depending on the caliber.
Dense and fleshy beef flesh. Good flavor of old tomatoes. Apt for cooking for Coulis and Sauce manufacturing.
Vigorous plant with great development, some parts of which are covered with a silver down that shines in the sun, regular foliage, indefinite growth.
Good and regular production early in the season, for fruit of this caliber.
