A variety originally from Portugal, from the collection of Val and Dan McMurray. During a trip to Portugal, they picked up the seeds in a sandwich!
Large, pink fruit weighing 400 to 600 grams and measuring +/- 10 to 12 cm in diameter. Round, ribbed beefsteak-like fruit with similarities to "Joe's Portuguese".
Full flesh with little gel and seeds. Excellent sweet, aromatic flavor.
Robust plant with great development, dense regular foliage, indeterminate growth.
Very good production, regularly from mid-season to frost.
Harvest 2023, bag of approx. 15 seeds.
