Variety originating from Croatia.

Very large red fruit with green shoulders, beefsteak-like, weighing from 300 grams to over one kilo. Flattened with rippled shoulders and more or less pronounced ribbing. Deep depression at the stem attachment, trace of umbilicus in hollow circle.

Thin skin, full and fleshy flesh with a texture reminiscent of a ripe melon, small pockets containing very few seeds.

Mild, sweet flavour.

Suitable for sauces and cooking.

Good regular production, although producing large fruit the plant is not very vigorous but tolerates heat well.
