Variety originating from the Comarca de Jiloca in the Aragonese region, Spain.
Large red fruit weighing from 300 grams to 1 kilo, beefsteak type, flattened, ribbed more or less deeply on its upper half and with rippled shoulders.
Full, dense and juicy beefy flesh, all small lodges containing few seeds and gel. Well balanced, sweet flavour with a hint of bitterness.
A late variety with low production and a preference for warm, dry weather conditions, and seems to fear coolness.
