Fruit of 150 to 300 grams, of variable shape that can be flattened or bluntly cordial.
Pale yellow skin, sometimes almost white, with a light pinkish-red blush on the shoulders at maturity.
Full and firm flesh.
Very fresh and slightly pungent taste, acid.
