Pinkish-red fruit weighing 250 to 400 grams, flattened beefsteak type and more or less discreetly ribbed at the top. Depression at the stem attachment moderately deep, trace of umbilicus at one point in the depression or even in a hole!
Firm, full and fleshy beefy flesh, small pockets with few seeds. Excellent old-fashioned tomato flavour with a hint of acidity.
