Variety originating from the Anglet region, South West of France.
Fine and elongated fruit, often twisted/twisted/compressed at the top, up to 15 to 25 cm long.
Thin flesh with a sweet and fruity flavor. Mild pepper devoid of spiciness to be reserved for sweet sauces. Staple food of the Basque regional dish "piperade".
Large-growing plant with a bushy habit.
Generous production from mid-season but much better in the second half of the season.
