A recent variety from, amongst others, a Brad Gates line, developed by Dean Slater, released in 2017 in unstabilised F4. A dwarf striped bicoloured yellow with red stripes.
Grown in 2017: dwarf variety, compact tree type plant, indeterminate growth. The fruits obtained (see photos) are purple-pink with green stripes or vice versa, not conforming to the description on the Mariseeds sales site, which announced red-striped yellow fruits, but the size and shape seem correct... Not a stable variety released in F4 so subject to variations. All in all, the fruit was beautiful and had an excellent flavour typical of the cherokee lime stripes type of green variety. To be grown again for stabilisation.
