A recent variety developed as part of the Dwarf Tomato Project. From the 'Acey' family, a cross of 'Variegated' with 'Dwarf Mr Snow' from which Dwarf Elser's Fancy also originates. Named by Craig LeHoullier after his grandparents (Elser and Walter Gibbs). Introduced in 2021. The main feature of this variety is its variegated foliage.
Pale yellow, ivory fruit weighing 180 to 300 grams, flattened beefsteak-type, with more or less rounded shoulders.
Full, juicy beef flesh with an exceptional, fairly intense flavor, well-balanced between sweetness and bitterness.
Tree-like plant, variegated rugosa potato foliage, indeterminate growth.
Abundant production from mid-season.
Harvest 2023, bag of approx. 15 seeds.
