Heirloom variety originating from Poland.
Dark pink fruit weighing 60 to 120 grams, oblong in shape and may have a pear-shaped tendency.
Juicy, dense flesh with excellent flavour.
Very good mid-season production.
Another variety with the same name, the same colour and size, but with a slightly flattened and ribbed shape is in circulation. Probably the same variety that has been slightly "mutated".
