Commercial variety originating from Ukraine. Has strong similarities to "Banantchik orange" and also to "Auria" of which it could be the orange version.

Bright orange fruit, weighing 90-150 grams, elongated plum type of 10-12 cm and more or less fleshy. Has the peculiarity of presenting at the apical end a significant invagination of the umbilicus trace/scar from which a small, more or less developed nipple may emerge. Cluster of up to 10 fruits.
Firm, dense paste-like flesh with little gel. Suitable for canning, making sauces and also for drying.
Large, narrow-growing plant with regular, wispy foliage and indeterminate growth. Abundant production early in the season +/- 65-70 days.
Good shelf life, up to 3 weeks after harvest.
NB: there are two other varieties of the same name, one originating in the Czech Republic, producing small flat red fruits of +/- 50 grams and the other an F1 hybrid.
