FLATHEAD MONSTER PINK
Little information. Pink fruit, sometimes with yellowish-green shoulders, weighing 200 to 500 grams and flattened at the poles.
The origin of this variety remains enigmatic, probably derived from "Flathead monster", which itself is already the subject of contradictory information. This variety seems to be still unstable as far as colour and foliage are concerned, the standard of the latter having never been specified at the time of registration in the Seed Saver Yearbook.
The fruit is pink, sometimes with yellowish-green shoulders, 200 to 500 grams beefsteak type, flattened at the poles, more or less deeply ribbed at the top and with rippled shoulders.
Indeterminate growth with good production in the second half of the season +/- 90 days.
