A heirloom variety from Virginia, USA. It is considered to be one of the four parents of "Mortage Lifter Radiator". GNIS registered variety.
Large pink fruit weighing 300-500 grams, round and slightly flattened with a more or less pronounced ribbing at the top. The depression at the peduncular attachment is important.
Fleshy and juicy flesh with few seeds, excellent flavour.
There are in fact two varieties, one with potato leaves and one with regular leaves.
