A variety for which very little information is available, and sometimes contradictory. Its translation is "goat's bag" (quite a programme).
For some it is the same as "Cow's tit". It is most likely a local name, Indiana, USA, where it originated.
The fruit is cylindrical in shape, about 20 cm long and weighing 120 to 200 grams. It is in its flavour that it is special, for some it has a smoked taste similar to a smoked sausage.
For others, including the sales site "Renaissancefarms", it is a large red heart-shaped fruit that looks like a goat's udder. Juicy beefy flesh with very few seeds. Sweet and spicy flavour. A frail plant with wispy foliage somewhat out of step with the large fruit it produces.
