Cross between Grandma Oliver Green and a black tomato by Marianna (Mariseeds). Variety stabilised in F5.
Fruit 150-300 grams round, slightly flattened at the shoulders, ribbed and rippled at the top. Stem insertion rather hollow and of medium width. Umbilicus more or less large in the middle of a corky spot or circle.
Flesh beautifully red with the contrast of the green gel surrounding the seeds. Sumptuous reddish-brown, olive green and chocolate colours, also sumptuous taste.
