Fruit weighing 180 to 300 grams, beefsteak type, variable in shape depending on size, most often round with rounded shoulders.
Green colour, turning amber on the apical part when ripe.
Dense and fleshy beef flesh, small lodges containing little gel and seeds. Typical "green" flavour, sweet with a hint of bitterness, to be eaten "al dente", which is when it is at its best.
Large plant, regular foliage, indeterminate growth.
Good production early in the season but irregular in time.
