Origin USA. Medium size fruit, beefsteak type, flattened at the poles. Olive green colour with darker green stripes.
Little known variety, originating from the USA.
Medium-sized beefsteak-like fruit, flattened at the poles, more or less deeply ribbed at the top and with rounded shoulders. Olive green colour, slightly streaked with darker green, turning amber when ripe.
Juicy, dense and fleshy flesh. Typical green flavour, to be eaten 'al dente', loses its flavour if overripe.
Large plant, regular foliage, indeterminate growth.
Mid-season production.
