Heirloom of French origin, presented in the Seed Savers Yearbook of 1994.
Pink fruit with a greenish collar, 250 to 350 grams, flattened and ribbed at the top. Depression at the stem attachment is medium deep, wide and corky.
Juicy, dense and fleshy beef flesh. Multi lodged with few seeds. Good sweet and balanced flavour. Good productivity.
Tendency to burst.
