A stabilised variety, developed by Alan Bishop, from a cross between 'White Beauty' and 'White Tomesol'.
Large, flattened beefsteak-like fruit weighing 250-500 grams with curved, ribbed shoulders, retaining its pristine white colour until ripe, unlike other 'whites'.
Beefy flesh with a light and fresh taste, aromatic flavour combining the best of both parents.
Excellent productivity.
