The fruit weighs 200 to 300 grams and is round with rounded shoulders.
Green skin turning amber, with raspberry-pink streaks, more intense at the top.
Juicy, green beef flesh with red marbling. Well-balanced, sweet flavour with a hint of bitterness.
Large plant, regular foliage, indeterminate growth.
Seasonal production. Good disease resistance (mildew, brown spot).

Plant 1: conforms. Fruit size 200-350 grams, beefsteak type. Skin green to amber, with raspberry pink mottling, more intense at the tip. Beefy green flesh with red marbling. Excellent production 70-75 days
Plant 2: not conforming. Fruit 150-200 grams, round and slightly flattened at the poles. Skin dark pink/raspberry. Purple beef flesh. Average production 85-90 days.
