Very old French variety. Fruits of 120 to 180 grams, 5 to 8 cm in diameter, gathered in clusters.
A rare and very old variety, originating in France, it has been found since 1800.
Synonyms: Prince of Bismarck - Yellow Big Smooth - Green Cage.
Fruits weighing 120 to 180 grams and measuring 5 to 8 cm in diameter, arranged in clusters of 3 to 6. Round shape, slightly flattened at the poles, with more or less discrete ribbing limited to the upper part.
Smooth skin, yellow turning orange when fully ripe, especially on the side exposed to the sun, with green traces on the shoulders.
Fleshy and juicy yellow flesh, good balanced flavour.
Plant with medium development, regular foliage, indeterminate growth.
Good production from mid-season onwards but better in the second half of the season.
