Anonymous heritage variety in 1997 in Gary Ibsen, Tomatofest.
Large dark pink fruit from 250 to 600 grams and +/- 10 cm in diameter, of the Beefsteak type, round, flattened and with ribbed and slightly curved shoulders.
Very dense and juicy firm firm, very small lodges. Excellent full -bodied or even earthy flavor, noted with a point of acidity.
Plant with great development, potato foliage, indefinite growth.
Good harvests from mid-season and up to frosts. Good homogeneity of the fruit caliber.
