Dense and fleshy beef flesh with very small, very few seeds.

Very good mild and sweet flavor.

Thick skin but peels easily, variety particularly well suited for making sauces and coulis.

Plant with great development, regular foliage, indeterminate growth.

Generous mid-season production and until frost.
