Commercial variety originating from Russia, developed for the Siberian climate.
Red fruit weighing 100 to 200 grams, which can reach 450 grams under optimum growing conditions (depending on the distributor). Plum-like with an oval tendency, sometimes ending in a nipple at the apical end.
Juicier flesh than a traditional paste variety, therefore not suitable for making paste. Excellent flavour, good post-harvest shelf life.
Small plant, thin, drooping foliage, indeterminate growth.
Excellent mid-season production. Tends to circular and radial cracking in wet weather.
Well suited for short season and/or cool summer regions.
