A variety whose origin is unknown. Introduced in the 1996 Seed Savers Yearbook by Chuck Wyatt and recorded as "red" when everyone agrees that it is "pink".
Fruit is medium size, 90-150 grams, round and flattened at the poles, with discrete ribbing at the shoulders. Depression at the stem attachment deep but not very wide.
Juicy flesh with a mild, sweet flavour. Very good productivity.
