Fruit of 180 to 300 grams of beefsteak type, slightly flattened, wide ribbing, shallow, in the high part and with more or less plump shoulders.
Purple epidermis, green marks on the shoulders.
Dense beef flesh, small cells containing few seeds.
Good flavor typical of "black" both rich and smoky.
Strong plant with great development, regular foliage, indeterminate growth.
Good production in the second half of the season.
