Heirloom variety from Bulgaria, introduced by Dr Carolyn Homme at the Seed Savers Yearbook of 2007, this last one having received the seed from a certain David Kroska who also provided him the seed of another Bulgarian variety: Mika's red Bulgarian.
Pink fruit with yellowish shoulders, from 150 to 250 grams of round beefsteak type, with more or less ribbed and rounded shoulders.
Beefy flesh with a very good sweet taste.
Variety with good production from early to mid-season depending on the region where it is grown.
