Old heirloom from the USA, already mentioned in 1894 in the "Longstreth" catalogue in Ohio. Cousin of the "Yellow Stuffer" variety.
Small red fruit with yellowish shoulders, 90 to 150 grams, pepper-shaped. Large depression in the stem attachment.
Firm flesh, 3 to 4 chambers mostly empty of gel and containing very few seeds. Mild flavour with no acidity.
Ideal variety for filling. Plant with medium development, indeterminate growth.
Excellent productivity in all weather conditions.
