Heirloom variety of Lithuanian origin.
Large pink fruit weighing 250 to 500 grams, elongated heart-shaped with a tapered tip and well-defined ribbing reminiscent of quarters. Strong depression at the peduncular attachment.
Meaty beefy flesh with a mild flavour and a very good sweet taste. Looks like Ukrainian Beefheart but with a more pronounced heart shape.
Fine, wispy, drooping foliage. Well suited to short summer and/or cool season regions.

Comments: To be grown on several stems to channel the unusual vigour.
Vigorous plant, with a large development of small stems and a frail appearance, vaporous foliage.
Very good production especially in the first part of the season. Fruit size uniformity is rather variable.
Good old-fashioned tomato flavour.
No diseases to report.
First fruit: +/- 132 days after sowing - +/-83 days after transplanting.
Average weight: +/- 220 grams (130 to 270 grams).
