Commercial variety originating from Russia. Its translation is "Lionheart". Contributed to the Seed Savers Yearbook 2006 by Luc Fichot.
Synonyms: Lvinoe Serdtse - Львиное Сердце - Lion heart.
Red fruit 150-250 grams, round, flattened and curved at the poles for the largest of them. Clusters of 4-5 fruits. Depression at the stem attachment shallow but wide and corky.
Dense beefy flesh with very good flavour. Good production in the second half of the season.
Small plant, not exceeding 1.0m in height, with a determined growth habit.
Naturally well adapted to cool summer and/or short season regions.
