Red-brown color with green stripes, traces of anthocyanins on the shoulders.
Firm and juicy dark flesh. Full-bodied and rich flavor.
Plant with a large development but with small stems, regular foliage not very abundant, undetermined growth.
Production from mid-season.
nb: there is also a "Beefsteak" version of this cultivar.
