Large horn-like fruit 15 to 20 centimeters long and about 5 centimeters in diameter.
Ripens from green to red.
Flesh with thick walls, crispy texture. It is most often used at the green (unripe) stage, stuffed, grilled or roasted.
Gentle heat from 500 to 2500 SHU.
Very good yields from mid-season.
