Small conical-shaped fruit with a wrinkled surface, more or less elongated and curved about 5 centimeters.
Ripens from green to red.
Crunchy flesh with a peppery and spicy flavor.
Its heat varies according to the degree of maturity of the fruit, generally rather mild at the immature stage +/- 500 SHU to become hot at full maturity +/- 2500 SHU.
It should be noted that 10 to 25% of the fruits are hotter than average, which makes this variety unique.
Watering can also influence the heat level.
It is most commonly eaten green, most often sautéed in olive oil and salted.
