Large red fruit most often exceeding 500 grams, round with a blunt heart-shaped tendency and becoming misshapen when the size becomes large, more or less marked ribbing on its upper half.
Beef meat with a creamy, fleshy and dense texture containing few seeds. Excellent old fashioned flavor of heirloom tomatoes.
Sturdy plant with large stem, great development, regular foliage, indeterminate growth.
Very good production from mid-season but better in the second half of the season.
