A recent variety, originating in Germany, developed by Reinhard Kraft.
Fruit weighs 250-400 grams, heart-shaped and blunt.
The skin is creamy white and may turn a light pink blush when fully ripe, with green traces on the shoulders.
Dense, yellowish beefy flesh, sometimes with pink veins in the centre. Sweet flavour.
Large, even foliage, indeterminate growth.
Good production in the second half of the season.
NB: From a cross of Cherokee green with several pink heart-shaped varieties. This cross has already produced "Reinhard's chocolate heart", "Reinhard's purple heart" and "Reinhard Green Heart".
