Spanish heritage, originally from Perales in the province of Palencia in the autonomous community of Castile and León.
Large fruit weighing 300 to 500 grams, beefsteak type, round, flattened at the poles and with more or less plump shoulders.
Smooth, pink epidermis with green shoulders which only tint at full maturity.
Dense and juicy beef meat. Well balanced flavor neither too sweet nor too sour.
Plant with great development, regular foliage, indeterminate growth.
Good production, from mid-season but better in the second half of the season.
