Red fruit weighing +/-120/150 grams. Original elongated plum shape up to 8 cm long with a constriction in the upper quarter giving it a pear-shaped appearance.
Dry paste-like flesh with little or no gel, which is very thick. Ideal variety for making sauce, coulis, paste and also for drying.
Sprawling plant, regular foliage, indeterminate growth.
Excellent production and good shelf life after harvest.
