Average size fruit of +/- 250 grams, beefsteak type with variable shape depending on the size, more or less flattened, ribbing at the top, plump or even curved shoulders.
Dark chocolate brown color irregularly striped with dark green.
Purple beef meat marbled with pink fleshy and juicy. Intense, rich and well-balanced flavor.
