Variety heirloom originating in Tennessee, cultivated by the Spear family since the 1950s and whose seeds were transmitted to the Owner of Baker Creek Heirloom Seeds which ensures the diffusion of it since 2008.
Fruit round, flattened and slightly ribbed in high part, green dress which becomes amber with full maturity especially in low part. Medium to big size, 150 to 300 grams.
Pale green flesh, tender and juicy, it is necessary to let the fruit ripen well to appreciate all its fine and succulent flavor.

-Light green color, irregularly covered with amber at maturity, leaving some green traces here and there, dark green shoulders.
-Depression at the peduncular attachment deep and moderately wide.
-Trace of umbilicus in a corky circle.
-Harvest: good, regular and long.
-Fleshy and juicy flesh pale green tending to yellow. Multiloges.
