Flesh with a creamy texture, green marbled with red and yellow. Each color having its own flavor that leads to a fabulous overall flavor, spicy with a hint of acidity.

Vigorous plant with large stems and wide development. regular foliage, indeterminate growth.

Good and regular harvests mostly in the second half of the season and until the first frosts.
